Eye-opening amber beer with mint and ginger. Peppermint introduces the distinctive ensemble, complemented by the oriental freshness of ginger and the honeyed bitterness of Goldings hops. On the tongue, a bouquet of lightly caramelised malts with juicy notes of sugar liqueur help to smooth out the ginger’s sharp bite. It’s not just the ginger that warms the finish.
